ICOP WINS FIRST BUSINESS IN MEXICO
Prominent Company in Mexico Orders ICOP Mobile Video Solution
LENEXA, Kan., – (MARKET WIRE) – May 21, 2009 – ICOP Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICOP), announced
today that the Company has been awarded a contract for its ICOP Model 20/20®-W digital in-car video
systems, for installation in security vehicles of a prominent company in Mexico. ICOP is an industryleading
company engaged in advancing digital surveillance solutions.
This is ICOP's first awarded contract from Mexico. The customer is the largest company in its industry
sector in Mexico, and ranks as tenth largest in the world in its sector, based on revenue.
"While this first order is small, it is significant due to the fact that the customer is installing our
management software in offices across Mexico, so the infrastructure will be in place as they roll-out
installations in their national fleet of vehicles. We now have a noteworthy first customer in this important
market, and the potential opportunity with this customer is potentially up to 400 additional units," said

ICOP was selected after extensive research by the customer, as the highest levels of security, and
Internet video file sharing were a requirement for this application.
The ICOP Model 20/20®-W digital in-car video units will be installed in fleet vehicles to enhance security.
The ICOP iVAULT MMS™ enterprise software will be loaded on servers in offices across the country to
enable highly secure web-enabled file sharing of the video files.
