The service combines hard copy record storage and document scanning services providing clients with a highly cost-effective option to traditional back scanning services. Scan-on-deman avoids the costly process of back scanning the entire box. The cost to back scan a box of files can cost $200-300 and that same file box can be stored for more than 60 years at this price.
