TERRACON'S NEW BRANDING CAMPAIGN WINS NATIONAL SMPS AWARD

OLATHE, Kan. --- Terracon received the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) national first place overall award for Corporate Identity as part of the National Marketing Communications Awards (MCA), presented at the annual conference awards gala in Las Vegas, Nev. SMPS is a highly-respected professional association for marketers and business developers in the design and building industry.

“The new branding campaign was the result of the tremendous effort, valuable input and buy-in of many,” said David Gaboury, P.E., president and CEO. “Terracon can truly be proud of this recognition by our peers in the industry.”

Terracon’s award submittal included the research, strategy and development of a Brand Standards Manual and templates for all promotional materials.

The SMPS MCA program is the longest-standing awards competition that recognizes excellence in marketing communications by professional services firms in the design and building industry. Each year, this competitive awards program receives nearly 400 entries from more than 200 firms. Entries are evaluated by 80 jurors representing industry and media leaders, design and graphics professionals and clients.

The Corporate Identity category judged on the consistency of graphic images as they were applied to collateral materials and the objectives, contents and results of the marketing communications effort in the rollout. Trozzolo Communications Group was a key team member in the development of Terracon’s enhanced Corporate Identity.
